my "osechi "
usually each osechi dish has a special meaning celabrating the new year
but i just made many dishes so that i don't have to cook
for the first three days
of the new year.
(originally Osechi was made by the close of the previous year,
as women did not cook in the New Year. we have long new year holidays
normally from 29th-3rd)
