about autumn

what do you love about autumn?
for me,
definitely fragrant olive!
smells so sweet,
reminds me of the arrival
of the season.
to tell you the truth,
i don't like autumn very much
because
the air of autumn just makes me feel lonely.
do you agree?
(my favorite season is summer)
but
dont worry
winter is coming
and
i will soon start missing autumn :)

calm,humane,honest

be calm,
be humane,
be honest
i got these 3 postcards from an old lady at the castle ground where
we play in the weekend.
she stays there from 11 am to 4 pm almost everyday
and she says she draws 10,000 pcs an year and
give them to people and enjoys talking with people.
her grandchildren are all over 20yrs old...
can you imagine...
she is amazing.
powerful.
i love her words on the postcards.
" You find what you want to do. Not anybody else."
(chestnut)
this is what i want to tell to my son when he gets older.
"It's ok with who you are"
(fig)
it was raining all day today,
tried to be calm at home.

after this freshly squeezed grapefruit juice,

we took a walk in the rain 'cos no way that he could stay at home

all day...you know...

rice ball & vege sticks

the last post was about instant miso soup stock.
now
you can add a hint of mirin(or sugar) & grated ginger to the miso stock you made
and spread it on the rice balls!
then put them in the toaster or
fly in the pan.
and
if you still have more of it
add sesami oil (on top of mirin & ginger)
then
here is dip sause for vegetables!!
yummy
try it!
our today's breakfast
tuna & potato cheese bread
pear smoothie

i woke up to find out we didn't have bread left and
made these. took me only 30 min!
i will update the bread receipe soon.

i made sandwiches with the bread and went to the huge park
but
there was nobody...
in this HUGE park!
where do people go when you have this kind of beautiful park??
shopping?
