It's rice planting season here and I like to see paddy fields.

But I hate rainy season in Japan, so humid.

No idea why people are not lazy in this weather...

Toasted seaweed bread for busy morning!

Just spread the butter and bit of mayonnaise

then

tear seaweed into pieces.

Don't forget black pepper!

My boy is still sick and I took him to another clinic this morning.
On our way home, we parked our car and took a short walk. Then he loved the foxtails.
As soon as we got home, he asked me to wrap them with ribbons as he saw me wrapping the items for my customers this morning :D

After he took the medicines, he fell asleep holding his bouquet in his hand while I was in the kitchen doing dishes left from morning. It was lovely.

Amazingly cute rubber stamps ideas on this craft book. I am not good at carving. But...

I'm in love with this book, maybe colors and illustrations. So I got this for myself too...

he's been sick...

He's been sick for 4 days... having high fever. He was eagar to play outside even with the high fever and when he was getting better, I took him outside for a walk this late afternoon. He was so happy gathering petals and leaves in his bucket. That made me smile. Then he has fever again... But ... what can I do? I wanna see his smile. Hope he'll be much better by tommorow.

Special Saturday

Preschool athletic meet was held on Saturday at the primary school play yard since the preschool has been under construction.

Just feeling how fast kids can grow... without us even knowing it!

oh, by the way his hair! now he looks different.(he is wearing my favorite t-shirt with sticky dirty hands on it... and he insisted to tie with ribbon for decoration. My T-Shirt to his ribbon lap dress...) He sees that I put the shop items in the paper bag and tie with the ribbon. Now he tries to put his LEGO in the paper bag and tells me to tie with any strings he can find...
