decorating

i was goona get the big christmas tree this year

but it was not easy to find the real big tree here

so

i decided to buy this little crest tree

i love the shape of the tree

every morning my little boy asks me
what is inside the red box (ornament)
and he says, wow there are two santas!!

after i decorate our living room with some ornaments,

he tries to hang anything, i mean anything, such as kicked off socks... haha

one quiet afternoon

one sunny and quiet afternoon i love

cooking with him in our small kitchen...

he was trying to hammer a nail coming out of the wooden stool
with his toy platic hammer
and that made me smile this morning...

we went for a walk ( he was riding his bike)

long LONG way to Christmas... :-)

(he skipped from 14 th to 24th...)

a happy bus driver

we had a big vehicle exhibition a few weeks ago and

kids climbed on and explored big rigs such as construction vehicles

and emergency-response vehicles etc...

he loved the sightseeing bus most :-)

and we waited 15 min to see his serious look on his face driving

the combine harvester ... haha

he was excited but maybe he did not like the vehicle trembling.

it's a public holiday here today

- he could ride a bike by himself finally

-he brought me hand warmers from the drawer

when my tummy was aching so badly

-he tried salmon sushi and said it was yummy for the first time

-i couldn't stop singing in my head yesterday morning, but

the song was " Ob la di Ob la da" The Beatles

which he now plays at preschool for the festival.

happy weekend!!

weekends

two weeks ago

it was very muggy after i said i felt the autumn was around

we headed straight to the beach

he enjoyed soaking himself in the water and

i regretted that i didnt bring my swim suit...

a lunch of the last rainey weekend

i went to a flea market and got some stuff for gardening.

today i wear short sleeves and for sure it's getting cooler

i need the long sleeves, i guess...

oh.. end of summer...

signs of autumn

a week ago

the handle of seesaw was too hot to hold of...

and this week...

after the typhoon hit Western Japan,

it looks like autumn is just around the corner.

scent of wind...

it's much cooler in the morning and night

i was looking forward to fall, now i kind of wish

the summer could last a bit more...

(btw my son found his winter room shoes from the closet and

already wears them... )

now it is a great season to enjoy "onsen".

i love spending time in onsen,so relaxing...

every morning

he refuses to eat breakfast for some reason i don't know

(once he starts to eat, he's fine with eating but it looks like taking forever

to start eating.

so i made bento for breakfast this morning.

then what happened was he thought he was going on a picnic and getting on the bus

and realised that he wasn't.

he was in a bad mood for a while but he found his favorite glasses

then started to eat his breakfast...

so i dont know if the bento worked or glasses did?!

this is how much he loves these glasses...
