i got some sweet potatos and decided to cook sweet potato cream
for lunch!
cook some sweet potato in the microwave until they are cooked
and
mash them with fork
add some sugar and milk(and vanilla extract)
then a little little bit of salt.
that's it.
good with pancake,toast!

Oh! I will try this. The pancakes look amazing! How do you get them this fluffy?

Do you have a photo of the Potato before it is mashed? I am curious what it looks like. Sweet potatoes in the US are naturally orange (daidaiiro?)in color!

ReplyDeleteI remember I used to buy "purple yam" at Korean Grocery stores or Chinese. The color inside Japanese sweet potato is basically white(yellow).
I think the orage one doesn't taste the same...
